Just a quick update - I am still waiting for Mike Broadbent to have some time to create new figures! A German drummer and standard bearer are on the way including standing and kneeling Jager. This will be followed by Hungarians and a mounted officer. There seems to be some interest in the figures, so making them commercially available in the future is a possibility. But not until there's more of them!

The officers have arrived: German line, German grenadier and senior officer.

The 1848 German grenadiers firing line is finally here. These figures have a separate bayonet/sword frog.
Next up are the officers.

Examples of the two firing line poses without paint.
The same dollies will be used for the grenadiers with added distinctions.

These 28mm metal figures were made by Mike Broadbent for my personal collection. They are the first in what, I hope, is an extensive collection of figures for the Risorgimento wars in Italy from 1848 to 1849. This is the period of the great Radetsky and include many transitional uniforms on both sides. German grenadiers are next with, probably, an officer and jager to follow.
They are not available commercially, but if there is enough interest thet may be an option in the future.
